…It’s evident that over the years the love of service has caused your business to flourish. And of course the service was friendly, quick, and right on point…And the food—it was a flood of great tastes and memories…. My sister and I not only enjoyed our spaghetti and meatball dinner that night, but we got to relive the experience the next evening with our take-away.

  2. We stayed in Sylvan Beach last year My family are from Canastota NY, I now live in Plattsburgh NY, We always go to Eddies Restaurant it's the best place to eat and everyone is very friendly, good prices too. we will be back in Aug. thank for being the best. Mrs Smallarz

  3. Every summer in the mid-1950's, our family (including our grandparents, aunts, uncles & cousins) vacationed at Sylvan Beach. One of the most vivid memories is that of Eddie's! Unforgetable memories of hot fudge sundaes and that sugar-grained fudge bring a smile to my face. Thanks for the memories.

  5. I have been coming to Eddie's and enjoying thier food for as long as I can remember. My mother Jackie Cordell started the tradition in our family many years ago. My mother as since past but the tradition still lives on in our family. I have many fond memories of sitting in a booth listening to songs by Journey and being served by our favorite waitresses Genie and Sandi. If my mother was here today I know she would be calling me saying,"let's go to Eddie's, I am dying for an antipasta, rolls w butter, hot covered meatball sandwich and hot pepers". That sounds so good right now to me I think I am gonna have to take the drive today with my kids and enjoy once again your delicious food.
